Managing Director of EUROGERM SOUTH AFRICA since the inception in 2013, obtained a Masters Degree in Agriculture and Food Engineering from Purpan, Toulouse, France. Prior to joining EGSAF, he was part of Eurogerm group internationally. His passion for baking and knowledge of wheat and ingredients allows him to develop new formulations for the milling and baking industry.
Management of the finance and administration department and high level business functions such as acquisitions and finance negotiations
My focus is to implement food safety procedures & manage audits such as Food Safety certification, religious and customer audits.
Driving CSR initiatives that align with company ambitions while providing administrative and sales support
Managing production operations - ensuring efficiency and safety while meeting customer requirements and deadlines.
Driving product innovation and quality through R&D and technical support, while managing key accounts to deliver solutions and grow client relationships.
Providing technical support to optimize bread formulations, improve processes, and ensure product quality across production.
